Your Responsibilities Build and lead a team of Franchise Account Executives toward shared performance goals and accountability Develop and execute business strategy that expands enterprise partnerships and drives franchise sales growth Create efficient processes and eliminate operational barriers that slow team productivity Foster collaboration across Drive, Content, Sales & Operations, and Post-Sale functions to deliver a superior merchant onboarding experience Navigate multiple strategic priorities simultaneously—revenue expansion, team capability development, and platform growth—while maintaining attention to operational detail Partner with cross-organizational stakeholders to align resources and strengthen competitive platform capabilities What You Bring Minimum 4 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles Demonstrated experience in people management or team leadership with genuine commitment to developing as a leader Proven success working within cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions Sharp operational judgment; you identify inefficiencies and take action to resolve them Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels Familiarity with AI-driven tools and their application to workflow optimization and team productivity Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high-growth companies or early-stage startup environments Background in marketplace operations, supply chain, logistics, or unit economics Proficiency with analytics platforms and data visualization tools Proven willingness to take on hands-on work to exceed customer expectations and drive team success About the Company name operates a technology and logistics platform that powers local commerce and delivery services.
