Role Overview As a Lead CX/UX Research Consultant at WK, you'll own the research vision for understanding customer and user experiences with AI‑enabled products and services. You'll combine quantitative and qualitative research methods to build a comprehensive view of user needs, behaviors, and pain points, then communicate findings to cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering leadership. Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and execute comprehensive UX research programs that explore how users interact with AI‑enabled experiences Lead research initiatives including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics reviews Synthesize research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations that inform product roadmaps Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to validate concepts and measure the impact of product changes Build and mentor a research team or community of practice, elevating research capabilities across the organization Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to executives Qualifications Extensive professional experience in UX research, CX research, or related user research roles Proven expertise designing and executing mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) Demonstrated experience researching or evaluating AI‑enabled, machine learning, or algorithmic products Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex findings for diverse audiences Portfolio or case studies demonstrating the impact of your research on product decisions Proficiency with user research tools, analytics platforms, and statistical analysis About WK At WK, we believe that understanding customer experiences is fundamental to building products and services that matter.
