About the Role

As the Lead Configuration & Integration Engineer, Customer Success at Brightflag, you will take full ownership of how Brightflag connects with the systems our customers rely on every day. This is a full-stack position that touches every stage of delivery, from first conversation to final handover, giving you broad influence over both the technical solution and the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of integrations between Brightflag and customer platforms, from kickoff through go-live.
• Coordinate delivery as a project owner, keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables aligned.
• Gather and document requirements directly with customers to define what success looks like.
• Design practical, scalable integration solutions tailored to each customer's environment.
• Build, configure, and implement those solutions across the technology stack.
• Run thorough testing and validation to ensure reliable, accurate data flow before deployment.
• Partner closely with the wider Professional Services team to deliver a polished customer outcome.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering software integrations end to end in a customer-facing capacity.
• Strong full-stack engineering ability, comfortable moving between solution design and hands-on implementation.
• Solid project management instincts, with a track record of guiding work from requirements through delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for translating customer needs into clear technical requirements.
• A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset suited to a senior, lead-level role.
