About the Role
As a Land Acquisition Analyst at Century Complete, you'll play a central part in uncovering promising land opportunities that fit our Division's strategy and broader business plan. This is a research- and data-driven position where your analysis directly supports decisions that shape the profitability of both current holdings and prospective land assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new land acquisition prospects that align with divisional strategy and growth targets.
- Partner with Regional and Divisional teams to assess the viability and potential of candidate sites.
- Carry out detailed research and prepare clear, actionable analysis on land opportunities.
- Organize, maintain, and manage land data to support sound, well-informed decisions.
- Help maximize the value and profitability of existing and proposed land assets through ongoing evaluation.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
- Comfort working with land data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to track and assess opportunities.
- A collaborative mindset and the communication skills to support cross-functional Regional and Divisional teams.
- Attention to detail and an interest in real estate, land development, or homebuilding markets.
