A leading global law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney with approximately 2–6 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles, handling a mix of litigation, advisory, and counseling work for sophisticated corporate clients.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in labor and employment law at a law firm
  • Experience in employment litigation and counseling strongly preferred
  • Exposure to transactional employment matters or willingness to develop that experience
  • Active member of the California Bar required
  • Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience preferred

Benefits

  • Base salary range $235,000 – $390,000 annually
  • Eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus
