As a Labor and Delivery Nurse at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center, you will provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, patient-centered nursing care to mothers before, during, and after childbirth.
• Monitor maternal and fetal health, recognizing changes and responding promptly to clinical needs.
• Assist physicians and the obstetric team throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
• Educate and reassure patients and their families regarding the birthing process and aftercare.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing.
• Clinical background or strong interest in labor, delivery, and maternal-newborn nursing.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Smyrna, Rutherford County.
