Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and build rapport as they begin their kitchen or bath project
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's needs, style, and budget
• Lead shoppers through the design journey, presenting tiered "good, better, best" options
• Provide product samples for customers to take home and review at their own pace
• Share knowledgeable guidance on materials, services, and installation options
• Use design software and showroom displays to create plans and bring concepts to life

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers
• An eye for design and the ability to match solutions to a customer's vision and budget
• Comfort learning and using design tools and showroom resources
• A consultative, service-first approach to guiding people through important decisions
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Forest Lake, Washington County
