Core Duties Manage all day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, including member check-in and check-out procedures Supervise and train Kids Club staff to ensure consistent, high-quality childcare and age-appropriate activities Plan, organize, and lead engaging programs and activities for children of varying ages Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility that meets all health and safety standards Build positive relationships with members and respond to questions or concerns about their children's care Manage scheduling, inventory, and supplies for the Kids Club area Uphold EōS Fitness values of personal responsibility, optimism, and fun in every interaction Who We're Looking For Experience managing childcare operations or leading a team in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of child safety, development, and age-appropriate programming Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and members A positive, energetic personality that inspires confidence and builds community Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy, dynamic setting Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends as needed Relevant certifications such as CPR or First Aid preferred Working at EōS Fitness EōS Fitness brings bold energy and genuine motivation to everything we do—from our fitness programs to our workplace culture.
