Your entrepreneurial approach will be essential as you manage complex customer relationships and identify ways to expand our market presence in Automotive, Electronics, and General Industrial sectors across the region. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Build and sustain deep relationships with key account decision-makers, mastering their operational needs and delivering tailored adhesive solutions Develop account-level growth strategies and work with the Segment Manager to align on targets and prioritize initiatives Partner with distributors to uncover expansion opportunities at major accounts and strengthen channel performance Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts by account and product line, tracking market demand shifts Troubleshoot customer challenges and propose innovative product or service solutions Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform new product development and support market launches Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, track interactions, and maintain disciplined sales execution Support channel partners and coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, internal teams, and partners to ensure seamless experiences Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all customer and company operations What We're Looking For Fluency in English and Spanish (required for success in this Mexico-based role) 5+ years selling industrial products or managing key accounts in B2B environments Proven track record selling technical products such as adhesives, specialty chemicals, polymers, or coatings to manufacturing or OEM customers Direct sales experience with automotive, electronics, or general industrial manufacturers showing measurable revenue growth Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or equivalent professional experience Strategic account planning ability, strong executive communication skills, and comfort explaining technical concepts clearly Working knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency with…
