Lantheus is seeking a strategic Key Account Manager based in Hartford, Connecticut to lead nuclear medicine and medical imaging sales across an assigned territory. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive growth for PYLARIFY, our innovative prostate cancer imaging product, while building lasting partnerships with healthcare providers and imaging centers throughout your region. What This Role Involves As a Key Account Manager for Nuclear Medicine, you'll own your territory's commercial performance, developing and executing a comprehensive business plan that drives sales and profitability. Your focus will be contracting with new imaging centers, onboarding sites to PYLARIFY, and nurturing long-term relationships with physicians, technologists, pharmacists, administrators, and other nuclear medicine professionals. You'll serve as Lantheus's primary point of contact in your market—educating customers, addressing their needs, and positioning PYLARIFY as the standard of care in prostate cancer imaging. What You'll Do Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with regional and national sales objectives, using performance dashboards to monitor progress and refine your approach Identify, contract, and onboard new imaging customers; guide them through formulary approval, training, and first-dose activation Conduct local market analysis of competitors, payers, referring physicians, and healthcare trends; adapt your strategy to maintain and grow market share Design and deliver product education through in-services, speaker programs, and SNMMI VOICE credit presentations for clinicians and technical staff Build relationships with PET readers and key opinion leaders; collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to optimize the customer experience Work cross-functionally with Pharmacy Manufacturing Facilities and corporate teams to align on strategy and resolve reimbursement obstacles Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining compliance with all ethics and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Minimum 2+ years contracting experience with healthcare entities and demonstrated success in strategic account management Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements, influence key stakeholders, and communicate persuasively with clinical and non-clinical audiences Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms; strong analytical skills Excellent project management and interpersonal skills; comfort working independently and collaborating across matrix teams Preferred: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) with 5+ years in nuclear medicine…
