Junior UI designer (Marketing team)

We’re looking for a creative junior UI Designer to support TechMagic’s marketing team. You’ll design and continuously improve digital assets and web interfaces, working closely with CMS-based publishing workflows. AI tools are a key part of your toolkit — we want someone who uses them to move faster and think bigger.

AI-first mindset required. We expect you to actively use AI design and ideation tools to accelerate your work and expand your creative output — from generating concepts to optimising existing designs.

The idea is to get rid of routine tasks and give you an opportunity to focus of creative side of the job!

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine UI designs for marketing pages and digital campaigns

  • Optimise existing designs with a focus on usability and visual consistency

  • Collaborate with content and dev teams within CMS-based workflows

  • Understand CMS constraints and design with them in mind from the start

  • Use AI tools for concept generation, image editing, and design iteration

  • Maintain and evolve the team’s visual style guidelines

What we’re looking for

  • Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals — layout, typography, colour, hierarchy

  • Understanding of how CMS platforms work and how they affect design decisions

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools

  • Experience using AI tools in the design process (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)

  • Attention to detail and a good eye for brand consistency

  • Portfolio showing marketing or web design work is a strong plus
