dexter health is hiring a Junior Technischer Projektmanager Software (m/w/d) for a 100% remote role based in Germany — the technical link between our customers and the teams who build AI-powered software for care facilities. About the Role As a Junior Technischer Projektmanager Software at dexter health, you own the technical customer interface from end to end. Working remotely from anywhere in Germany, you sit between customers, Customer Success, Product and Engineering: you dig into technical inquiries, find out what actually happened inside our systems, turn messy reports into clear bug tickets, and keep every open issue moving until it is resolved. This is not a call-center or first-level helpdesk job, and you do not need to be a developer. What matters is that you think clearly, communicate precisely and take genuine ownership of unresolved problems. Key Responsibilities Investigate technical customer requests and verify what the system really did — file transfers, timestamps, events or error messages. Research across tools such as HubSpot, Linear, Slack, Sentry, logs and internal admin systems. Write structured bug reports with context, customer impact, priority and the details Engineering needs to act fast. Track tickets end to end and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Keep customers, Customer Success and internal teams informed with clear status updates. Coordinate technical alignment with customer-side contacts and support implementations when questions or dependencies arise. Document recurring issues, workarounds and processes, and help shape our support and escalation workflows. Qualifications We care less about years on your CV and more about structured thinking, reliability and ownership. Excellent written and spoken German (C1 minimum) and solid English (B2 minimum). Analytical, solution-oriented mindset and clear, dependable communication. Comfort with technical details — logs, IDs, timestamps, data and error messages — and the persistence to follow open topics to closure. Genuine curiosity about software, technical systems and digital processes, plus care when handling sensitive data. Nice to have: early experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Success, support, operations or project management; basics in SQL, APIs, databases or bug tracking; familiarity with HubSpot, Linear, Slack or Sentry; a background in healthcare or care…
