What You'll Do Analyze financial transactions and data in accordance with accounting principles and procedures Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules Support the implementation and maintenance of internal accounting controls Perform account reconciliations and general ledger analysis Maintain accurate and organized financial records Work collaboratively with the accounting team to meet reporting deadlines What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting standards Proficiency with accounting software and Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional communication and teamwork abilities Schedule and Location This role is based in our Newington office, with a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is an in-person position; we do not offer remote or hybrid arrangements.
