Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in video editing
- Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing for short-form content
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve
- Active interest in the use of AI creative tools
- Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising
- Strong communication & collaborative skills
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
- Doer mindset – able to work quickly and execute ideas
- Humble – willing to learn and open to feedback
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong accountability
