Mercor is seeking a Junior Investment Analyst to conduct equity and macroeconomic research, build financial models, and analyze earnings reports to support AI model training.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or buy-side roles.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial modeling.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- CFA Level I/II candidate.
- Exposure to public equities or asset management.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Python, SQL).
