Your impact:
- Assist marketing team with operational tasks.
- Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere.
- Reviewing advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Configure, launch, conduct advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google/etc.
- Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns.
- Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, look for the causes of deviations and opportunities for growth.
- Set technical task for creative and content teams.
About you:
- Junior marketing specialist or recent graduate in Marketing / Business / Economics / Analytics.
- Intermediate+ English level.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making.
- Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Previous experience in digital marketing or analytics projects.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager, or holds relevant digital advertising certification.
