We are building one of the most powerful live-streaming platforms, connecting 400K+ monthly active users. Our mission is to bring joy, fight loneliness, and deliver safe, ad-free entertainment. We’re expanding into Arab countries and Europe, enhancing content quality, and rolling out new features. You will create high-impact creatives for paid traffic channels and support user acquisition efforts in competitive niches.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing with a focus on app and/or web projects
  • KPI-driven mindset with daily work on CPA, CTR, ROI, and clear understanding of targets
  • Experience creating technical briefs for designers and conducting competitor and market research
  • Proficient in analytical and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong organizational skills, including backlog management, task prioritization, and launch planning
  • English level B2+
