Direct Counsel
Direct Counsel is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm’s New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience advising public and private companies on general corporate matters, financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Approximately 1–2 years of general corporate experience
- Experience with public and private company representations, financings, and/or M&A
- Prior experience at a large law firm strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
