About the Role As a Junior Compliance Officer at Trading212, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues to ensure our products and processes meet BaFin regulatory expectations as we expand across the German market. It's a hands-on position where you'll learn quickly, contribute to meaningful projects, and play a real part in protecting the millions of investors who rely on our platform. Key Responsibilities Assist with everyday compliance tasks in line with BaFin regulatory requirements. Help monitor investment products and the processes that support them. Support the Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) by gathering data, drafting reports, and tracking findings through to resolution. Offer compliance perspective on existing and planned products and services across the business. Take part in cross-functional compliance initiatives and support the rollout of regulatory changes. Aid senior team members in reviewing complex or higher-risk financial promotions. Keep compliance policies and procedures current and ensure they are applied effectively. Qualifications German language skills at full professional level (C1), needed for BaFin correspondence and stakeholder conversations. English language skills at full professional level (C1), needed for internal, cross-border, and group-level communication. Some exposure to compliance work, preferably in financial services or investments, is a plus. A degree in Law, Finance, or a comparable field, or equivalent qualifications.
