Join Suncorp Valuations as a Junior Appraiser/Estimator in Saskatchewan. Conduct site inspections, research, and analysis to develop defensible value estimates and insurance appraisals. Travel opportunities available within the province and occasionally to Western Canada.
Requirements
- Full proficiency in written and oral English
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Solid construction knowledge
- Experience with Field inspections of buildings and improvements for costing purposes
- Understanding of building codes, fire codes, and bylaws
- Strong digital literacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of building design and ability to read blueprints
