- Providing Mobile Device Management (MDM) and securing mobile devices within the CASTLE-NET program
- Providing end-user support, configuration, upgrades, problem resolution, and security remediation for phones and tablets
- Ensuring system security, performance, and availability, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures
