[Job – 29159] Data Portfolio Manager, Brazil

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Data Portfolio Manager to join our team and drive strategic oversight of a growing and complex data & analytics portfolio. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between multiple data teams and executive leadership, ensuring that the right work is being done in the right way — and that its value is clearly communicated across the organization.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication (C1 or above) — reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory for this position
• Proven experience in Data Product Management or Data Management roles, with a clear evolution toward strategic/portfolio-level responsibilities
• Strong portfolio management mindset: ability to maintain a big-picture view across multiple simultaneous workstreams
• Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar), including sprint planning, PI planning, and backlog refinement
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar project management and delivery tracking tools
• Demonstrated ability to produce executive-level presentations and communicate complex data initiatives to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong people leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with demanding clients and multi-vendor environments
