About This Position As our IT Operations Specialist, you'll be the central technical resource for Alpaca's globally distributed team spanning the USA, Canada, Japan, Hungary, Nigeria, Brazil, the UK, and beyond. Operating fully remotely, you'll manage all aspects of technical support, device lifecycle, and security operations—partnering with our Security and HR teams to enable smooth onboarding, seamless employee experiences, and robust infrastructure protection for a mission-driven fintech organization.
