We are looking for a hands-on IT Field Technician to join our team.

As an IT Field Technician at JFrog you will…
  • Provide end-user technical support and manage core systems and day-to-day IT operations
  • Handle everything from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, delivering best-in-class support
  • Work closely with the global IT team to maintain high security and IT standards across the organization
To be an IT Field Technician at JFrog you need…
  • 1–2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Knowledge of both Apple and Windows environments – experience with JAMF is a big plus
  • Experience setting up and maintaining workstations and computer hardware
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Okta (or similar identity management tools)
  • Supporting video conferences with Zoom environment and Poly hardware.
  • A hunger to learn and grow
  • A service-oriented mindset and great people skills
