The IT Business Analyst leads mid-level requirements analysis and solution design activities supporting client implementation activities, system enhancements, workflow improvements, and integration efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and or experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of analysis/analytical work experience in healthcare industry, preferably with health plans.
- Evidence of proficient analytical and communication skills; ability to lead mid-level analysis work.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for user story and requirements management.
- Working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis.
- Understanding of system integrations, workflow automation, and implementation processes.
