IS Applications Analyst

Insight Global is hiring a full-time IS Applications Analyst to join its Information Services team in Brentwood, Tennessee (Williamson County) — a key contributor supporting the clinical and operational systems that healthcare teams depend on every day.

About the Role

As an IS Applications Analyst at Insight Global in Brentwood, you will be embedded within the Information Services Applications group, concentrating on EEG-related platforms and the validation workflows that keep clinical environments running accurately and safely. You will collaborate daily with application owners, clinical subject matter experts, and cross-functional project teams to verify that enterprise applications meet operational requirements and perform reliably in a healthcare context.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day analytical support for EEG and related clinical information systems
• Design, execute, and document system test plans and validation protocols aligned with clinical and regulatory standards
• Partner with application leaders and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution
• Participate in project teams supporting new implementations, upgrades, and process improvements across Information Services
• Monitor application performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements that improve operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, test results, and support activities
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate with vendors when needed to resolve system defects

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an IS Applications Analyst, systems analyst, or clinical applications support role
• Familiarity with EEG systems, clinical informatics platforms, or healthcare IT applications
• Demonstrated ability to perform structured system testing and write clear validation documentation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for clinical audiences
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with both IT and non-IT stakeholders on project teams
• Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving with a commitment to data accuracy and system integrity
• Experience working in or supporting a regulated clinical or healthcare environment is a plus
