A leading global law firm seeks a Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join its IP & Technology Transactions practice in Palo Alto, advising on complex technology-driven deals, with a strong emphasis on M&A-related IP and commercial transactions.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in IP and technology transactions at a law firm
- Strong experience with M&A-related IP and technology matters
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary, cross-office teams
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials and prior large law firm experience
- Active member of the California Bar
