Mercor is seeking an Investment Banking Expert – M&A Focus to review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank and a background in M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring.
