JPMorgan Chase is hiring an Investment Banking Vice President for our Diversified Industrials group, based at our Grand Central office in Manhattan. You will serve as a senior advisor to corporate and financial institution clients in the basic materials and paper & packaging sectors, driving transaction advisory and capital solutions across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and debt and equity capital markets. Position Summary In this full-time Vice President role, you will manage significant client relationships and lead complex financial advisory engagements within our Diversified Industries Investment Banking practice. You will work directly with corporate executives and financial sponsors to identify transaction opportunities, develop strategic advice, and execute high-impact deals. Working alongside bankers, analysts, and specialist teams, you will shepherd transactions from business development through completion while expanding the firm's footprint in these sectors. What You'll Do Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, private equity firms, and institutional clients in your sector focus Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructuring transactions Lead capital raising efforts, including equity offerings, debt placements, and alternative financing structures Originate and pitch new business opportunities; develop financial analysis and recommendations Coordinate JPMorgan Chase product offerings and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions Manage ongoing transaction execution and client communications through close Qualifications Extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related M&A advisory roles Proven success developing and closing transactions in mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or capital markets Strong relationship-building and business development capabilities Deep knowledge of financial analysis, corporate valuation, and capital structures Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills with senior-level clients Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or equivalent professional experience More About JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase is a leading global financial services institution, providing banking, investment, and advisory services to millions of clients worldwide.
