We’re hiring an Investment Banking Associate to act as the operational backbone of our client’s deal pipeline. This role is about execution, organization, and follow-through, with a focus on deal tracking, follow-ups, and data management.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (deal tracking, tasks, follow-ups)
- Intermediate Excel skills (formatting, templates, basic data handling)
- Strong written English (you’ll be drafting follow-ups independently)
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with high-volume follow-ups and repetitive tracking work
- Proactive mindset — you flag issues before being asked
