Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market, or regional investment bank
- Background in M&A advisory, equity or debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or restructuring
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate deal workflows into structured evaluation tasks
- Clear written communication and attention to detail
