Direct Counsel
Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Investigations Partner or Senior of Counsel to join its growing team in Oakland, California. The ideal candidate will have an established and portable investigations practice, excellent judgment, and strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in investigations, including workplace, Title IX, public agency, executive misconduct, and compliance investigations
- Ability to independently manage complex investigations
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, interviewing, and writing skills
- Experience advising public entities, educational institutions, municipalities, or private employers
