Role Overview
As a program management specialist, you will implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation research. You will work with program leadership to manage cost, schedule, and performance to support the customer in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives.
What You Will Do
You will use tools like Microsoft Excel to analyze budgets and track information, Microsoft Project to manage schedules, Microsoft Word to develop contractual and other technical documents, and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop presentations.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or cost analysis
- Experience with technical integration and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) programs
- Experience leading teams of five or more employees in a client service environment
- Experience with strategic planning and managing program risks, issues, and opportunities
- Ability to be flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities
- Secret clearance
