What This Role Involves As our International Human Resources Business Partner, you'll take ownership of HR strategy and execution across all markets where Nclusion operates. You'll serve as a central HR resource, translating corporate initiatives into country-specific implementations while maintaining consistency with corporate values. Your work directly enables Nclusion's mission to deliver financial services to underbanked populations globally by ensuring our teams operate under sound HR practices aligned with local regulations. Responsibilities Develop, communicate, and maintain consistent HR policies adapted to the legal and cultural contexts of each market Localize employment documentation, including contracts and HR frameworks, in coordination with legal and finance teams in each jurisdiction Lead compliance reviews and documentation across all active geographies, managing statutory requirements and employment law variations Create and refine standard operating procedures that scale HR operations without requiring constant central oversight Coach and develop HR capability among market-based HR team members, strengthening local talent and reducing dependency on central resources Provide expert guidance to business leaders on employee relations matters, compliance questions, and people management best practices Investigate and resolve complex employee relations situations with sound judgment and careful documentation Standardize HR metrics and reporting across all markets, creating transparency and enabling data-driven decision making Manage the complete onboarding experience for international new hires, ensuring consistency and professionalism Oversee employee lifecycle administration including contract management, probation processes, and offboarding Maintain secure, well-organized, and accessible HR records across all markets with proper version control Requirements Minimum 5 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent generalist HR role, with direct experience in 2+ countries Proven ability to navigate employment law differences and operate independently across multiple jurisdictions Demonstrated capability managing complex employee relations matters with sound…
