Internal Product Manager role focused on transforming internal workflows through LLMs and agentic systems, with the goal of driving operational efficiency, automation, and internal leverage. The role involves building internal AI tools and workflows with a clear roadmap to evolve them into customer-facing products, and ultimately turning internal innovations into high-margin, customer-facing solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of AI/SaaS PM experience
- Builder mindset with proven ability to take products from 0 → 1
- Commercial awareness with strong understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn)
- Technical depth with familiarity with tokens, embeddings, prompt engineering, hallucination control, and model tradeoffs
- MSP/ITSM knowledge (bonus)
