The Internal Communications Manageris a member of the Global Communications teamandserves as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization,shaping how we connect, inform, and inspire our employeesworldwide.This role goes beyond delivering messages.It’sabout bringing our strategy to life through clear, purposeful, and engaging communications that help employees understand wherewe’regoing, why it matters, and how they contribute.

The Internal Communications Manager will collaborate closely with[Internal Communications leadership and]stakeholders todeliver aligned, high-impact communications that support transformation, strengthen culture, and elevatethe employeeexperience.

WhatYou’llDo

• Serve as a trusted advisor tobusiness and functionalleaders, providingstrategiccounsel on communicationsthat supportbusinesspriorities,culture,andtransformationinitiatives

• Translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives that resonate acrossdiverse, global audiencesanddrive understanding and action

• Developand executeintegratedcommunicationsstrategies andplans,aligningmessaging, channels, andtiming tomaximize reachandimpact

• Parteracross Communications, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensureconsistency, clarity, andalignmentacrossallchannels andtouchpoints

• Shapeand elevatestories thatconnectour strategy, innovation (including AI), and people todemonstratebusiness impact andvalue

• Measure impact, using insights and data to continuously refine messaging and improve effectiveness

• Bring a continuous improvement mindset–raising the bar on clarity, creativity, andeffectiveness acrossall deliverables

• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect communications to business priorities and outcomes

• Strong executive presence and ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders

• Curiosity and agility, paired with strong operational execution

• Proficiencywithcommunications tools and channel strategy across digital and employee platforms

• Experience using AI, including communication-specific platforms and practical applications

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Creative thinking with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience, preferably in communications

• 8+ years of experience in internal communicationswithina large, global organization

PreferredExperience

• Experience developingand leadingintegrated campaigns

• Experience leading complexorganizational change projects

• Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries

• Experienceleveragingintegrateddigitaland collaborationplatforms, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Copilot), Zoom, and Monday.com
