Colibri is seeking an Instructor & Content Partnerships Specialist to build and manage the clinical expert network that powers their healthcare education portfolio.
Requirements
- Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent recruitment, partner management, or clinical relationship building.
- Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and building professional networks from scratch.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling rubrics.
- Advanced communication abilities (person-to-person, telephonic, and electronic) with a high degree of professional polish.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a flexible work schedule to accommodate recruitment meetings.
- Knowledge of contract terminology and the ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary company material.
