As the Infrastructure Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical direction of the Infra Core team, setting the bar for the team’s technical excellence, and driving the roadmap for the application layer, tooling, and infrastructure primitives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience specifically focused on infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, CNCF landscape)
- Programming Expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python
- Technical Leadership: 2+ years of experience acting as a technical lead, mentoring engineers, and successfully driving projects with distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
