BASF/Chemetall is seeking a Industry Sales Specialist – Metalworking Fluids to join their Sales team. The individual will be responsible for growing sales by providing the whole array of MWF products as systematic up/cross-selling. The role will cover North America and require the individual to be based in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico near an international airport.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, or business administration
  • Experience in Metal Working Fluids
  • High level of efficiency in sales process
  • Project management skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Sales acumen (account & relationship management, value-based selling, etc.)
  • Customer focus
  • Organizational awareness
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong collaboration mindset
  • Flexibility and ability to travel up to 50%, 25% overnight travel
