Join Owens & Minor as an Inbound Delivery Coordinator in a full-time role supporting our healthcare supply chain network across the United States. In this position, you'll maintain the accuracy and flow of inbound shipments through our distribution centers by creating, validating, and managing inbound delivery records within our SAP and warehouse management systems. About the Role As an Inbound Delivery Coordinator, you are the operational foundation that ensures shipments flow accurately through our distribution network. You'll operate at the intersection of multiple enterprise systems—SAP and our warehouse management platform (JDA / Blue Yonder)—where you reconcile data across daily reports, validate shipment information, and resolve discrepancies before they reach the warehouse floor. This position plays a vital role in Owens & Minor's phased system expansion, starting with initial distribution centers and extending network-wide. You'll manage a daily queue independently once trained, resolving most routine deliveries quickly while giving complex shipments the care they need. Attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to master new systems quickly are what we're looking for. Full training is provided—no prior SAP or warehouse system experience required. What You'll Do Create inbound deliveries (IBDs) in the system, verifying item details, quantities, and shipment data, and processing single-line deliveries efficiently while giving complex multi-PO or multi-SKU shipments the detailed review they require. Compare and validate data between multiple reports to confirm quantities, identify discrepancies, and investigate missing or mismatched information before completing a delivery. Monitor inbound workflows, re-trigger deliveries when they don't drop into the warehouse system as expected, and handle system corrections including reversals and recreations as needed. Maintain a forward-looking schedule, working approximately one week ahead based on available reporting and trailer information. Communicate with warehouse site teams, transportation contacts, and project leadership to share updates, escalate system errors, and coordinate on priorities. Support the phased rollout across distribution centers as additional sites come online. Skills & Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry. Comfort with spreadsheets and the ability to cross-reference multiple data sources. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities; ability to work independently…
