About the Role
As an In Home Caregiver with Safe and Sound Home Care, you'll provide one-on-one private-duty support that helps seniors and other adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lafayette Springs, Lafayette County, and it's backed by a supportive care supervisory team that's invested in your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with everyday activities of daily living, promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being
- Offer reliable companionship and attentive personal care tailored to each individual's needs
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Communicate openly with the care supervisory team about any changes in a client's condition
- Deliver consistent, quality service that reflects the agency's standards of dependable care
Qualifications
- A genuine commitment to caring for and supporting older adults and other clients
- Dependability, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to complete the agency's paid training program
- Availability for full-time, in-person work in the Lafayette Springs area
