Sikich LegalTech is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own the successful delivery of LegalTech software implementations for law firms, corporate legal teams, and government agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience delivering complex software implementations across the full project lifecycle
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to drive clarity and alignment
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured solutions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and pushing for clear decisions
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Experience in the legal industry (law firm, corporate legal, or government)
- Technical literacy (e.g., understanding formulas, data structures, or simple logic)
