Jac Management Group is hiring a full-time IATSE Union crew member in Youngstown, Mahoning County, to help transform our venue between events and keep every production running smoothly. About the Role

As an IATSE Union team member with Jac Management Group in Youngstown, you'll be at the heart of every changeover, configuring our facility from one event to the next. This is a physically demanding, on-site position that supports load-in, load-out, and live event operations across a wide variety of bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of physical tasks to reconfigure the venue between events.
• Assist with load-in and load-out of equipment and event materials.
• Support the setup and operation of events throughout each production.
• Position, align, and break down portable chairs.
• Position, align, and break down seating platforms.
• Install, align, and dismantle the basketball floor.
• Complete additional duties and configurations as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform sustained physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving event equipment.
• Comfort working as part of a crew in a live-event setting with shifting schedules.
• Attention to detail when aligning seating, platforms, and flooring to specification.
• Reliability and a strong commitment to on-site teamwork and safety.
