Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented HVR Engineer to join our growing Data Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining data replication and transformation pipelines using HVR. You will work closely with other engineers and analysts to ensure timely and accurate data flow throughout our data warehouse and analytics systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data replication and transformation pipelines using HVR.
  • Configure and manage HVR instances for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot HVR jobs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to understand data requirements and build efficient pipelines.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks and monitoring procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in HVR and related technologies.
  • Document and maintain code and technical documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with data replication and transformation tools, preferably HVR.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and relational databases
  • (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experience with SQL scripting and writing complex queries.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working in shifts to support the global client team
