The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR operations and expertise in HRIS, leave administration, benefits administration, and FLSA classification.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or people operations
- Expertise in HRIS, leave administration (FMLA, ADA), benefits administration, or FLSA classification
- SHRM-CP / PHR certification (preferred)
