About the Role

As the Human Resources Manager at Legacy Funeral Group, Llc, you will serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders across our locations while working closely with the Chief Operating Officer to roll out company-wide HR programs. You will balance long-range workforce planning with practical, day-to-day guidance, delivering clear counsel and dependable HR information when our teams need it most.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive human resources support to field operations and front-line management teams.
• Partner with the Chief Operating Officer to launch and sustain key HR initiatives throughout the company.
• Provide forward-looking workforce planning alongside timely solutions to everyday personnel matters.
• Offer knowledgeable HR counsel to operational managers and executive leadership.
• Supply accurate, up-to-date HR information to support sound business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a human resources role, ideally supporting multi-site or field-based operations.
• Strong ability to advise managers and executives with clear, well-reasoned guidance.
• Skilled at translating company-wide HR strategy into practical, executable plans.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working on-site in Greenwood, Houston in a full-time capacity.
