What You'll Do Support semi-annual and annual performance review cycles by establishing timelines, monitoring submission progress, and assisting managers and staff with questions or technical support Maintain accuracy and consistency in employee, attorney, and partner records within our HRIS platform and related systems, ensuring proper reporting relationships and compensation data Manage confidential HR documentation according to department standards, safeguarding sensitive employee information Prepare employment verification letters and respond to inquiries regarding employment status and tenure Oversee the business card ordering and tracking process, including order fulfillment, inventory, and research of past requests Serve as a responsive resource for HR inquiries via email and phone, addressing questions from attorneys, managers, and staff across our offices Administer our monthly employee recognition and service award program, including data reporting, stakeholder notification, and award fulfillment Enter, verify, and update staff and personnel data in PeopleSoft and other HR databases, maintaining integrity across all systems Respond thoughtfully to employment-related inquiries from candidates, current employees, and supervisors, escalating complex situations to senior HR staff Provide employee education on benefits eligibility, payroll policies, firm guidelines, and other HR topics Provide direct administrative support to HR leadership, including report preparation, calendar management, and project coordination Support other HR functions and special projects as needed to ensure departmental efficiency What We're Looking For Core Skills & Abilities: Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to track multiple priorities and deadlines accurately Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy across all HR systems and records Absolute…
