This is a talent pooling requisition in preparation for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, scheduling).
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document handling and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and respond to HR-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Draft HR documentation such as job offers, contracts, and memos.
  • Collaborate with team leads to address employee performance or behavioral concerns.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support HR decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack or Zoom.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
