Support regulatory compliance efforts and promote consistent, defensible employee relations practices. Drive operational effectiveness within the National Employee Relations and Risk Operations function. Advise and collaborate with business leadership on emerging people-related risks and mitigation approaches. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in HR compliance, employee relations, or HR risk operations. Working knowledge of employment law, workplace conduct standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Payroll, Finance, and HRIS functions. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills suited to a cross-functional environment. Comfort translating complex requirements into clear, operational practices.
