Role Overview

Join Pebl as an HR Onboarding Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, focusing on seamless onboarding and offboarding for supported employees and clients/customers. This role requires strong communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor.

What You Will Do

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, provide expert-level support to clients, manage client relationships, drive employee satisfaction, and ensure compliance with local employment law.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of Human Resources experience required
  • Business proficiency in the English language required
  • Research-oriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and listening skills
  • Technology-literate, including Google & Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good organizational skills
  • Conflict handling and resolution skills
  • Advanced knowledge of employment law
